We are within 30 minutes of New York City via the George Washington Bridge and within 30 minutes of the NY state border via Route 287. Click our contact page for contact info, hours of operation, and directions. Our hours of operation and contact info can also be found at the bottom of every page in our website.

Our Home Waters
Although we don't have a river running through our backyard or rolling waves a mile down the street, we are centrally located to many NJ rivers and at the heartbeat of the NY metro area for fly fishers looking for a diverse well stocked fly shop. Some of the NJ rivers we would consider our home waters to be include Ken Lockwood Gorge on the South Branch of the Raritan, the Pequest, the Muscenetcong, the Flatbrook, the Ramapo, and the Paulinskill.  We also cater heavily to those traveling to the Catskills of NY, PA, CT, NE Saltwater locations, and the Great Lakes tributaries (Salmon River in Pulaski, Cattaraugus Creek, Oak Orchard, etc) for salmon and steelhead.

Spey Casting & Fishing
Our affiliate company East Coast Spey provides lessons in spey casting for both single and double handed anglers. We offer both group and private classes depending upon your needs, wants, and desires.

Maybe you're new to spey and want to learn, maybe you're fishing for trout in a small stream and can't keep your line out of the trees, maybe you want to cast large saltwater patterns for stripers in a rip, or maybe you're heading off to Russia or BC and need to hone your skills to maximize your trip investment. Simply put, East Coast Spey can lead you to spey casting success.

We also demonstrate for various groups, clubs, and organizations. Our goal is to demonstrate how spey casting can add effectiveness, efficiency and excitement to fly fishing.
